Detroit's annual St. Patrick's Day Parade drew record crowds on Sunday, March 15, 2009!
It is estimated that over 150,000 people attended this year's event....
The 51st annual parade is a family affair for the Irish and Irish at heart, moving west on Michigan Avenue from 6th to 14th streets through Detroit's Corktown. This year, spectators enjoyed temperatures in the mid sixties!!
