CAMPILATES is a small, intimate studio located in Northville, Michigan offering private equipment sessions on the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and Ladder Barrel, as well as group mat classes for a maximum of 6 clients per class. Mat classes include the use of light equipment for added support and/or challenge, and private equipment clients will benefit from workouts designed to address their individual postural needs and fitness goals.
